ABBA movie-musical ‘Mamma Mia!’ has become the fastest-selling DVD of all time in the UK, it’s been announced.
Official UK Charts Company figures show the DVD sold 1,669,084 copies on its release date.
It shattered the previous record set by ‘Titanic’, of which 560,000 DVDs and videos were sold.
‘Mamma Mia!’ has raked in over £66m at the UK box office since opening in July.
