Singer/actress Beyonce Knowles will donate her salary from her new movie, Cadillac Records, to a drug treatment centre.
Beyonce stars as soul superstar Etta James in the movie, which touches on the legend’s drug problems.
Knowles’ fee of approximately $4 million will be donated to Phoenix House Centre, which helped her prepare for her role.
