‘Dreamgirls’ actress Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother-in-law will be charged with the murder of Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.
William Balfour, 27, was questioned following the murders but was released without charge. He has been re-arrested but “vehemently denies” he is responsible for the killings.
Hudson’s family members were shot dead in Chicago in October.
